Between 2020 and 2022, AMEC Guinea completed the air conditioning and ventilation of the new headquarters of Société Générale de Banques de Guinée, located in Coleah, Conakry:

• 18 VRV systems
• 1 basement + 7 floors
• Ventilation
• Fresh Air Treatment
• Ventilation of common areas
• Precision air conditioning for IT rooms

Central Bank of the Republic of Guinea

Since 2022, we have been working on the Central Bank of the Republic of Guinea project to implement air conditioning and ventilation for the new building:

• ~29,000 square meters
• 12 floors + 3 basements
• 14 VRF systems
• Over 330 cassette units & 6 ducted units
• Over 9 km of copper pipes

Société Sodipharm

Between 2020-2023, AMEC Guinea completed the air conditioning and ventilation of Société Sodipharm’s headquarters in Coleah, Conakry:

• 7 floors + 1 basement
• Air Conditioning & Ventilation
• Ducted air conditioning with circular ducts for warehouses
• Split and VRV air conditioning for offices and apartments
• Ventilation of bathrooms

Hyundai Showroom

Started in 2023 and delivered in early 2024, AMEC led the air conditioning project for the Hyundai showroom in Coleah, Conakry:

• VRV air conditioning with two separate systems
• Cassette and wall-mounted indoor units
• Seamless integration into interior decor

Private Villa

Started in 2023 and delivered in 2024, AMEC delivered insulated ducts for the air conditioning of a private villa in Minière:

• Air conditioning with 2 VRV systems
• 9 ducted indoor units
• Insulated galvanized steel supply and return ducts
